I’m Gillian, a qualified and experienced person-centred counsellor practising in Norwich, Norfolk. I work with people who are experiencing difficult times and situations in their lives and want to find ways of resolving or coping better with their difficulties so that they can begin to move forwards. I believe that in a supportive counselling environment you can access the inner resources and wisdom you need to make positive changes in your life.

Perhaps you are experiencing loss through bereavement, illness, or relationship breakdown.  Or you may be a carer for a family member, feeling anxious or depressed or  needing help with your relationship with food.You might be feeling hopeless about your situation or your future.

In these and many other situations it can be helpful to talk with someone outside of your family and friends. I can provide the deep listening and non-judgemental support in a warm, confidential environment that will enable you to explore the causes of your difficulties and how you might either resolve them or come to a greater acceptance of yourself and your life situation.
